It generally applies to the first action unless specified, so you could ignore your roll of 1 and use the bonus to kill the wounded hulk, then move closer and shoot again.

I got a six on the actual shooting diceroll. So I'll just ignore the "Can't miss" and keep firing from here until Pandora shows up.

OOOPS! My mistake... I meant to say that you could ignore the 6, use the can't miss (roll of 1) and then use the roll of 6 as the NEXT shot. Sorry for the confusion. I must have been half asleep still.
