Brocolis of my Garden

in #garden5 days ago

Today morning my gardener sent me the pictures of the Brocolis that he removed from the garden. So many of them have grown in the garden. I checked with him if we could remove it next week, but then he told me that it will spoil if we do not remove it and then if this is removed then the next lot can grow. Right now the problem is that I am not around so then I will only have to distribute it out to my neighbors, else it will spoil. Next week I will go but then it will not stay fresh till then.

Brocoli is rich in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium and it can be cooked, steamed or eaten raw in salads. The taste is also good. I prefer it a little steamed and then added to my salad or have it in my soup. Even small cuts added in any dish I like it. Can be added to any dish.

All of these are removed today morning.
