Recently, RUSSELL 2000 decisively broke ATH(All Time High), and has recorded new ATH everyday.
When RUSSELL 2000 recorded ATH everyday, Altseason 1.0 and 2.0 occured.
However, it's a shame that RUSSELL 2000 is moving ahead of the rest this time.
