Oatmeal Breakfast Blend for Probiotic Diet.
In large bowl mix
2 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup almonds
1/8 cup walnuts
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/8 cup squished cranberries
2 diced apples - Leave the skin on!
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
2 tablespoons MCT oil
1 tablespoons nutmeg
1 tablespoon liquid unpasteurized honey
1 tablespoon sauerkraut brine
Dehydrate overnight 8 - 10 hours at medium heat
To serve
Pour enough boiling water to just cover 1/2 cup of mixture
Let sit for a minute or two
Mix in
1 scoop of stevia sweetened whey powder
1/2 banana sliced
1/4 cup kefir
