I know my mommy @arrliinn just shared my little problem. But(t) of course I cannot let that stop me. She did say I am still as active as I should be, right?!
I told mommy my bum-bum don't hurt anymore. Well that is true.

Stretching time! I love doing this. My ate Bella showed me this before and I have been doing it every day already. She calls it leg pressing. I am not really sure if that's how it is really called.
Whoops! Please excuse my mommie's toes here. Haha!
Can you stretch like this?! I know my mommy can't because she has a big belly. Ssshhhh! Don't tell her I told you huh?! And no. My Kuya can't anymore too. He said "he already lost his flexibility".
Do you think I should take gymnastics classes?! Mommy thinks I should. Hmmm...
Hey! I can also do a 180° split now. I think I became this flexible because I do this all the time.

My mommy asks me if it hurts to do these moves but NO it doesn't.
Alright! How did the stretching go?! You know what's also good? Follow up these stretches with a good dance. Here's my favorite right now. We dance this together.

Remember to drink lots of water too! I always forget that.
