And for this reason, both for people who are starting to run and for those runners who are returning after a period of inactivity, you have to avoid these "binges" of kilometers or miles that we often do thinking that "the whole I ran my life", I was always able to do it, we must understand that our body needs to readapt to training.

Another cause of the problem is usually the use of inappropriate footwear or ones that are already worn out and have become deformed due to excessive use.
