May I suggest not to worry. I would be a little worried about your diastolic on the first reading as it may signal prehypertension. The second one is perfect. Never go by one reading. Do multiple readings over a few days.
Seriously though, I wonder if you simply saw the drop due to relaxation (and not some more complex chemistry). If so, figure out the smallest serving that does the trick and cheers.

I was in the 80's before the red wine now all my diastolic readings are in the 70's
