How we lost Weight and how it impacted our lives

                                 Hey all  ((Part 2))

  (( Remember this is only my family's experiences))

                      okay so this is my part 2

 

                   So as I mentioned in part  (1)  My family started putting 

                less and less on our plates , Now when we go out to eat

                           we order one meal with (2) extra plates 

                                depending on the restaurant 


        Myself was on a lot of medications ,I guess it has been around

       (3) years now that I took myself off most of them ,

                             Now I only take  major medication

                           because it is for my Bipolar disorder 

                       But since then I have lost 60 pounds 

                         my Husband lost 70 pounds

                  and our daughter around 40 pounds. 



        Since then , Our daughter has stopped getting bullied for  overweight 

                     I can now breath , No more Asthma for me , 

         and My hubby can now bend over to put on his socks


                                            May not sound like much

                                          but it is a big difference 

                There are also more good that came from it 

                                     but I won't bore you all lol  :)

Omg who just bullies people out of overweight in 2017? i thought schools were getting educated about bullying especially in america..

Schools can only do so much :) IF kids are too scared to ask for help , schools can't help when they don't know ::))

I wish there was some kind of a bully indicator or a detector, that way we could save people from getting bullied

I'm so glad the whole family got healthier and lost weight that's wonderful gurl! That's something to celebrate! But not with food lol thanks for the post

lol. Well I do agree with you not to celebrate losing weight with food. :)) We have been having a lot more Fruits in the house so that is very helpful :))

YAYyyyy Congrats ::)) That is so Awesome . Keep it up :)) You can Do it :)))))

Remember don't snack in between meals . and slowly put less food on your plate at a time . you will then start to listen to your body tell you no more food. If you feel satisfied then stop eating before you feel full :)))
