I have taken some amount of all the ingredients because if we use high amount then it will be wasted and we can face stomach problems. We should always be careful for the quantity of the medicines because excess of everything is bad.

Now it is the time to heat all these ingredients in the milk. You can see the black seeds are floating on the milk. Jujube are also lightweight they also float on the water.

I booked it for some time when the milk became thick and it was looking dark in colour because of the added ingredients.

I like to add sugar in the milk so in this remedy of milk I also used a teaspoon of sugar.

If I give you feedback about it's taste then I will say that it was sweet and mind blowing. Each sip was really enjoyable.

Here I have combined both of them and I will use a few amount of these white peppers and black cardamom. Especially for the cardamom as I want to make only one cup of the herbal real so I will use only one small black cardamom.

You can see I have opened the black cardamom and I have converted it into pieces. The white pepper are in their complete shape.

After taking water in the pot I have started boiling the water along with these ingredients. We should heat up the water untill the bubble of the water starts appearing as you can see in the picture.

I have boiled it completely and after seeing the change in the colour I stopped boiling it. I have taken this herbal tea in the cup which is helpful to raise the low blood pressure.

Indeed salt is not a herb but I have added it in the tea. Actually salt is really helpful and beneficial for the low blood pressure. It raises the blood pressure.

Now the tea to raise the low blood pressure is ready. As an extra point if nothing is available at home then as an emergency we can use salt to raise the low blood pressure.
