Greetings and Welcome My blog.I'm going participate the 5th week of herbal remedies for respiratory health,iron deficiency and blood pressure control with some of the tips given in the challenge and and through the tasks. Lungs are an important organ of humans.Which can seriously affect the lungs due to air pollution. Herbal requires some herbal ingredients to protect them according to treatment.This keeps the respiratory system healthy.

It is called queen of herb hard for many medicinal properties of basil plant.Tulsi is a plant that is an entire part of the plant and especially the leaves and flowers of this plant are many herbs and Ayurvedic, Medicinal properties. That's one such plant that's effective, disease resistant, against a variety of human and animal diseases, including respiratory well-being.
That is, It boosts immunity and aids colds and digestion. Immunity booster and heal wounds.It can also be used as hand sanitizer and mouth wash.
Mechanism of Action:

Ginger improves blood sugar levels and controls insulin production. Aids in digestion, and is very beneficial in constipation. Eating raw ginger reduces nausea and also helps in weight loss and strengthens the ginger immune system.
Ginger has antiviral properties that fight respiratory viruses.
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce respiratory infections.Also reduces any inflammation.
Ginger bronchodilator properties that help inhale asthma by smoothing the airways.
Herbal remedies
According to herbal scientists, consuming a little Tulsi leaf juice from the lungs every day can cause toxins from the respiratory system.Lungs play a special role in respiratory protection as they are rich in antioxidants.Mint leaves and ginger also play a special role in respiratory protection so I'm here making a herbal remedy with Mint, Basil and Ginger.
First I will take a cup and a half of water and put it in a gas stove oven, then I will wash the basil leaves and the same amount of mint leaves with clean water and take two pieces of ginger. |

That I am ginger at this stage I will grind the pieces of ginger a little and when the water boils I will give all the ingredients at once then I will boil it for seven minutes by the clock. After seven minutes I will turn off the stove today and cover it with a lid for two minutes.
Then I squeeze a chick and give it to you who will serve the glass and before eating I will mix half a spoonful of honey and drink this herbal tea.
Since there are many medicinal properties besides the herbal properties of ginger, basil and mint, tea made with a combination of ginger basil and mint helps a lot in improving respiratory health. Drinking tea can provide a lot of relief from colds and coughs and also reduce hoarseness of voice and make breathing easier during colds and coughs.
This herbal tea of ginger basil and mint is a powerful and soothing drink that provides breathing problems as well as peace of mind. Drinking this herbal tea solves many digestive problems by having antioxidant-rich properties that reduce inflammation and boost immunity. Drinking it improves respiratory problems in the body as well as provides physical health.
So if you boil basil leaves and mint leaves and drink water, pollutants are removed from the lungs, which keeps the lungs and respiratory system healthy.
When I drank this drink of ginger basil and mint, I felt the phlegm accumulated inside my throat coming out and I had a lot of comfort in breathing because the colds inside my nose were relieved.
It's very nice and powerful herbal tea I made from which I got better from cold and cough and got a lot of relief from respiratory problems.I can easily breathe by drinking tea.
Tulsi and mint have a different flavor. The combination of these two has created a very nice different flavor that I enjoyed drinking.

- The plant is rich in vitamins and minerals and contains zinc iron copper magnesium potassium, calcium, protein and vitamins A, B, C.

Pepper can usually be used as a food flavour and spice especially pepper powder can be used to make fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, soup, vegetable and fruits salads.To be used by crushing pepper on any food and sprinkling crash powder. Sometimes this pepper powder is also used to marinate fish and meat.
Pepper powder can be mixed with lemon juice to be gaggery or drunk with honey. Black pepper is very beneficial for those with iron deficiency or anemia.

Anemia, iron-rich foods should be eaten more.Eating iron-rich foods every day can fight anemia and produce red blood cells in the body.Here I've added chicken and add iron-rich foods, a combination of spinach and pepper, as well as some other vegetables and proteins that are rich in iron.
I made a vegetable soup to prevent anemia.
First I shallow fried the onion and chicken in it.
I gave enough water. Then boiled cabbage, carrots and spinach for five minutes as vegetables. Then added salt and pepper to it. Finally half cooked I served an egg to eat after two minutes in the gas stove .
And this protein and vegetable soup-like food is very beneficial for anemia patients. Since I added vegetables I served stew with vegetables.
If the soup food is given to the anemia patient every day, it will remove the iron problem in his body and increase the iron level .Vegetables and protein foods contain Folic acid that will increase blood, and increase hemoglobin in the body.
Every food I added contains iron.Eating more and more iron-rich foods will make up for iron deficiency in the body.

Very beneficial for high blood pressure problems. Cinnamon is very beneficial for lowering systolic and diastolic blood pressure in people with hypertension.Cinnamon helps stretch and relax blood vessels. Which results in decreased systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
I'm making a herbal remedy here for high blood pressure control I need garlic and lemon.
Lemon and garlic I'll wash with clean water.Then first I'll peel off the garlic and cut a slice of lemon.Two cups of garlic I'll bruise a little so hot water can be well absorbed. Now I'll put this garlic in a glass and pour hot water on it and then cover it with a lid.When the water cools down to room temperature, I'll give you a slice of lemon juice. Shake well I'll get it ready to drink.
Lemon should never be given in hot water so that vitamin C is lost in hot water.
Since it will control high blood pressure, I will not add any sugar or honey to it .
Vitamin C in lemon regulates high blood pressure and keeps hormones active.Lemon juice contains enough potassium which plays a significant role in controlling blood pressure.
Garlic lowers high blood pressure.Garlic helps lower bad cholesterol (LDL) levels. As a result, high blood pressure reduces the risk of heart disease.
So if garlic and lemon can be drunk together, blood circulation will be better and cholesterol will decrease, as well as blood pressure control. High blood pressure causes bad cholesterol LDL to accumulate in cholesterol arteries increasing the risk of heart attack or heart disease.
So if the drink with this combination of lemon and garlic can be fed to a high blood pressure patient immediately, then his blood pressure will be controlled as well as consuming detox water from his body will remove the contaminated toxins.
Low blood pressure control
Coffee
Low blood pressure usually causes dizziness and nausea.So if low blood pressure occurs we need to make some changes in our diet.So the immediate food we eat will help us raise our blood pressure is salt.
