I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I'm doing very well. In the first week of the Engagement Challenge Season 30, I will participate in a great engagement challenge with food recipes. So let's get started.
What is traditional steam cooking? Why is it considered healthy? (Number 2)
Steam cooking refers to a unique method of cooking and this cooking requires moist heat. The steam that is produced by boiling water in a pot and converts the heat of the food into steam and cooks the food.
Of course, the foods in this method are healthy foods because there is no need for frying or extra oil, which is very harmful to our health. In addition, steamed foods contain vitamins and nutritional qualities that play a huge role in the health of our body.

Ingredients required:

| Beet salt | One tablespoon |
| Baking soda | 1/3 tablespoon |
| Fenugreek seeds | One tablespoon |
Preparation method:
- Step 1: First, I will add fenugreek to Urat dal and
rice and soak it in sufficient water for 5 hours. In this, the rice, Fenugreek seeds and Urat dal will become soft.

- Step 2: Then I will wash the rice and dal separately with clean water. Then I will blend it with a blender. Then I will pour the mixture into a bowl.

- Step 3: Now I will add soda and beet salt to the mixture and mix it well. Then I will cover the idli paste and keep it in a cold place for 8 hours. This will make the mixture soft and swollen.

- Fourth step: Then brush oil in small containers and then add the mixture. On the other hand, boil it in a steamer with clean water for about 15 minutes. When the water evaporates, cover the containers with the idli mixture and cook.

- Fifth step: After about 20 minutes, open the lid with a toothpaste and check if the idli is done. My idli recipe is ready. Now I will take the idli out of the oven and plate it.

Since this is an Indian traditional dish, I have used banana leaves, tomato flowers to present this traditional dish beautifully and I have made a thin vegetable broth to serve this recipe. It is amazing to eat and look at, although this is the first time I have made this dish. My husband praised me after eating this dish.
