Simplicity Is The New Complexity

After talking to his wife, he felt bit relieved. He said, I have never thought that what could be so close and within reach, could have all of these complications. She replied, that is partially true and at times, it could also be true that simplicity is the new complexity.

An hour ago, in a random discussion with his wife, he was talking to her about his pension funds. He had the amount that he was missing to buy a house. He was speaking in a tone that lacks certainty when he was saying that, he has enough now to buy the house. He has seen many choices now. His clarity quickly turned into confusion. He was in between buying the house that he wanted all along. Or, get a better one. Whether, to save a bit, or spend it all on his dream.

In a moment of silence between the two, he remember the time that he was explaining to his son on what basis he needs to choose a university to join. He realized that jumping few steps ahead and choosing a career path at that moment could be an element of complication. He told his wife, what could be straightforward on a piece of paper does not necessarily mean that it is going to remain that way in practice.
