Advantages and disadvantages of salt

Salt, which is a compound of sodium chloride, is an important component of our diet and is beneficial to our body in many ways.
Salt is our body's primary source of sodium, which helps maintain proper cell function, electrolyte balance, and blood pressure control.

Advantages:

Disadvantages:
