@yousafharoonkhan - can you explain why every single one of @umair8's posts (all in your community) have been nominated for booming votes - presumably by you ?

Urdu community team tries to give booming vote to every user if the user is a member of the community so as to encourage them. Some users are writing two to three or four posts in a week and many users are seen that they are not posting daily. Some users have delegated their SP to the community, so the Urdu community tries to give at least one booming vote per week to the posts of all these users on first priority, thus some users who write more than two posts per week. If there is excess, the team also gives them two booms, but two booms are given to the user who has been delegated to the sp community. In this way, such users who write posts in Urdu community after one or ten days or even after fifteen days, then the community curates the posts of such users with booming to encourage them so that no user is deprived of booming. There are users who are seen using bots who are not getting booming support at all. But the team selects all the posts for booming in order and in this order, it is first tried to give at least one booming vote to all the active posts and then if the active posts are less, then the posts of these users Two booming rewards are given whose posts are active, then @umair's post is also selected for booming in the same order, but the team will be more strict in this regard so that the user writes as many posts as possible.
Hey under which rules you are nominating this post boom support , this post words count is less then 300 and don't possess any club from long while . It means you giving boom support by own favor without take of @steemitblog rules, this is not for the first time you are doing this job , If you can check history of this user have no active performance on steemit , only do week 1 post and i guess you are waiting for this post for boom nomination . He keeps steem dollar SBD and steem but dont not powering up . Your devils eyes is only for others to caught up beings you are curator of newcomer community . Where is detective team ? ops sorry i forget he is doing favouritism , how stupid i am expecting transparency from them . We could not see any smart work from detective team except destroying reputation of others and blaming others . They are taking advantage of detective team but where are you people @stef1 and @adeljose .

Hi @urdu-community, after reading the chain of comment regarding the entitlement for Booming Support, there should be users who are active on Steemit not only issuing posts but also:
After @enamul17 mentioning the users, and looking at the accounts, they are indeed done no comments and no upvotes. They only posting twice a week and getting Booming support. But the accounts are like ghost accounts.
The secondly, any account should do at least 50% Power Up and withdraw another half if necessary. This is something we do encourage the users in WOX.
In my opinion, if it would be myself, I would not nominate them.
