Decision making is something that we do daily basis and now it is something that we do without much thinking about.
I believe we start learning to do that when we are children especially when we are asked by parents to make a simple decision such as:
we should decide if we want to have a chocolate or ice-cream, that usually was the difficult one and often my parents decided themselves for me, because I wanted both
the same with some toys that we have to choose a doll or a ball but not both the same time
The older we get the more difficult the decisions we have to make and we realise that it is us and not our parents should be.
There are some people who deal very well with difficult situation and can make a decision that makes a sense and also that helps people to deal with the problems. They are always calm and have everything under control.
I believe that it is an experience in our live that we gain while we are growing, communication with people and also the more we learn others and hear their stories we make some conclusions for us and some of us just use that experience and it usually very helpful in such situation.
To summarise that:
- be open and sociable
- respect and communicate with others
- show your interest and support and you receive the same
- ask advises of someone with more experience and accept their help
I think creativity is in every of us and to wake it up we need:
- inspiration
- motivation
- resources
- time
I can be creative but there are sometimes moments when I am just like in a blind end and there is nothing. Creativity we can not do on command it just comes when it is time, be patient and relax, let your mind free and you might be surprised.
I really love working with and among people who are smarter than me, I really enjoy such company and it is an opportunity to learn for us. Of course, some of them are nice and friendly but sometimes those people could be arrogant too. Just be ready for such situation and do not make them to disappoint you. There are many good and people even among those ones, just be yourself and do not give up.
Throughout the years I started to realise that it is easy to "flow with stream and not against". People and for example our work environment are different, if you are open, friendly and acceptable then you will be integrating easily in any situation. While working in many different countries and also in different branches, I understand that it is essential to learn others and to adapt ourselves. The place and the system was there before us therefore, it will not change because of us but we have to change ourselves if we want to get our place in such group of people or in such society.
I am sure many of you came to the same conclusion while slowly going through the school of life. It is always something to learn and as always we will do some mistakes, be disappointed and then in majority of cases we will get back on the top of things and get back control and that is the meaning of our life!#

I have a very good points in your post so two things are much better, and that is that it is not a problem to consult more people who are wiser and more experienced. you Consults with these people here. Respect their opinion. Respect their advice. And secondly, I like that you have smart people around you. And you like to be with intellectuals and learn a lot from them.
