A New Initiative to help newbies
I will publish a post on my blog every week and talk to people who need my help. I will make one member a beneficiary every week whom I consider needs my support.
I have reasons to believe that we, the Steemians, can use this platform as a help center for users having any issues. The Steemit could well be a tremendous force to support people in need.
My blog post will act as a medium that will allow people to find support for illnesses and other issues, but mostly for the newbies that need support in the beginning stages. I feel sad when I see some of the better posts from newbies go unnoticed, so the authors leave the platform disheartened.
I would use one of my posts to offer ways for newbies to build a supportive community and people who wish to keep connected and help such newbies in whatever way they can support them.
I will share their posts through my posts and see to it that they get support for their posts, both directly and indirectly.
I will follow profiles and pages that are in need. I will commence it immediately and spread the news through my regular posts and mention their posts, adding one of them as a beneficiary every week.
I will visit all the posts with the newbie tag, but if any of my friends see any good posts from newbies under 50 rank who are already verified, please post your messages in the comment section with their post link in the comment section so I can visit their profile.
Why am I going to do this?
I have seen newbies in need (read neglected) on this platform, and now that I have some spare voting power in my account, I would like to help them in whatever way I can.
I would like to support them, and I am sure my post will generate some revenue for them. I am also sure people will voluntarily come forward and vote for their post as a goodwill gesture.
I will ask my friends to join my group and come forward to help newbies in need, so if I find a newbie with good posts, I will include them as beneficiaries and contact people to support them. For instance, I will take help from @radjasalman and @wilmer1988 to refer them to my weekly blog post.
I am very sure @wakeupkitty.pal as well as @weisser-rabe will come forward and help me find out about newbies that need support in their beginning stages.
So I will do whatever I can to spread the act of kindness on this website. I will ask my able friends to be a part of the effort to help people in need.
I request all members to tag me in the comment section if they find any good posts from a verified newbie under 50 rank.

What made me a little puzzled was your condition: verified. That in turn excludes the newbies who don't want to undergo this procedure. Okay - I'll keep an eye on them myself ;-))
In any case, you have a knack for finding good authors with potential: don't be shy about introducing them to us!
I agree that verification should not be a condition for support but after seeing so many farming accounts I would take no risk at least they will get no official vote or support even I would.
I just read a user that's been around for a while has been branded "Farming account" only the last week. Besides, I know several such accounts that I never support myself.
Yes, that was intense... And yes, that will probably happen from time to time. Annoying.
But: there is definitely clear support for authors who are not verified in this way! I think it's really about special, unique content and comprehensible authenticity. As examples I might mention @travisfilmmaker or @panafricana-sam: both independent and not connected to any communities, but from the first minute on the steem on attention and high votes. It was probably partly my recommendation, but also the broad response to their special and unusual subject matter that ensured this attention.
I believe we are missing out on great opportunities to become a truly "special" medium if we let such unique items fail due to verification processes.

Great you are doing this. If I see one I'll tag you! Today I mainly upvoted comments.
I noticed a part of the users I was in touch with left - main reason the neglect if they had to powerdown in case of need.
My experience is that a few of that powerdown are farming accounts that leave as soon as they see their opportunity. I know it's a tricky job to locate the genuine ones but with my 16 years in moderation, and editing I can smell a genuine from fake. I will support only the genuine ones...but then you never know.
At what amount it's interesting to start farming? Do those people have more than one account or do they operate in a group?
Fingers crossed the upvotes do not go to those who only come to take and run.
Nevertheless I can't help seeing a large group earning a lot without followimg one single 'rule'.
It feels as if this is the old Steemit and they are doing a better job.
I saw my list on a rank list with #story and it beats me whats going on there. I once asked but no reply.

It was great one in this steemit platform. It helps the newbies to get a support. For few days there so many newbies are came but they can't able to wait for their growth they want instant growth and instant money. But in the meantime after receiving the SBD as rewards there are lots of people came back and work hard to get more rewards. So that the newbies are going down and down because they didn't know about this platform. Thanks for sharing this wonderful post with us.
