Greetings to the entire Steemit Crypto Academy community, we have reached the last week of this season 12 Steemit Engagement Challenge. Welcome everyone, we are grateful to the users who have shown their loyalty and commitment, taken the time to participate in the challenges of this community, to all of you thank you. We also encourage all those users who have not participated in the community challenges to join and become part of the Steemit Crypto Academy.

In this last week of Steemit Crypto Academy, we bring you a topic where we will discuss the importance of transaction confidentiality.

Contest theme: Privacy is important.

One of the challenges in blockchain technology is privacy, as any spy can access user data during the process and violate, in this case, the user's privacy, which is where cryptographic protocols have been developed to prevent these spies from accessing the data and violating privacy throughout the process.

For many users, the privacy of their data is important and that is why mechanisms have been developed that can give the user greater peace of mind by guaranteeing that their data is protected and will not be revealed. Or at least, data that can be observed, will not reveal to which users it corresponds.

This week we want you to talk to us about privacy in blockchain technology, where you will give your opinion about the Zero Knowledge Protocol (ZKP), as well as the algorithms that help to improve the privacy of user data, ZK-SNARK and ZK-STARK.

Contest Guidelines

Post your articles in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. Participation time is between Monday, October 9, 2023 at 00:00 UTC and Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
The article should be at minimum 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.
Your article title must be: Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S12W6 - Privacy is important. Add the tag #cryptoacademy-s12w6 and other relevant tags.
Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.
Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.
The community moderators would be leaving quality assessments on your articles and probable upvotes.
In addition, your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so ensure you interact with other users' entries. Do not be involved in vote-buying.

Rewards

SC01 would be checking on the entire 7 participating communities and upvoting outstanding content. Upvote is not guaranteed for all articles. Kindly take note.

At the end of the week, we would nominate top 3 users that had performed well in the contest and they would be eligible for votes from SC01/SC02.

Important Notice: The nomination of the top 3 users in our community is not based on good grades alone, it includes their general engagements (quality and quantity of their interactions with other users' articles) to measure the overall performance. Also note that generally, you can only make one post per day in the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

Conclusion

Undoubtedly, for many investors and/or users of the crypto world, the privacy of their data is important, as there are many spies who want to violate privacy during the process in blockchain technology.

Tema del concurso: La privacidad es importante

Uno de los retos en la tecnología blockchain es la privacidad, cualquier espía puede acceder a datos de usuarios durante el proceso y violar, en este caso, la privacidad del usuario, es allí donde se han desarrollado protocolos criptográficos para evitar que estos espías puedan tener acceso a los datos y violen la privacidad en todo el proceso.

Para muchos usuarios la privacidad de sus datos es importante y es por eso que se han desarrollado mecanismos que puedan dar mayor tranquilidad al usuario, al garantizar que sus datos están resguardados y no serán revelados. O por lo menos, datos que se pueden observar, no revelarán a que usuarios corresponde, manteniendo la confidencialidad de las transacciones.

En esta semana queremos que nos hable a cerca de la privacidad en la tecnología blockchain, donde darás tu opinión sobre el protocolo conocimiento cero (ZKP), así como los algoritmos que ayudan a mejorar la privacidad de los datos de los usuarios, ZK-SNARK and ZK-STARK.
