Greetings to the entire Steemit Crypto Academy community, we hope everyone is doing well. We are wrapping up the first week of Steemit Engagement Challenge season 13 and entering this second week. We thank everyone who has made an effort to participate in the community challenges, to all of you thank you. We also encourage all those users who have not been able to participate in the community challenges to join and become part of the Steemit Crypto Academy.

Together we can make this journey more enjoyable and full of learning, we are waiting for you to join this challenge.

Contest theme: Triangular arbitrage

This type of trading uses the price differences of 3 assets in different markets in order to make a profit.

We can say that the market has inefficiencies, and that is where this method uses those inefficiencies to obtain financial opportunities, which must be taken advantage of at that very moment, because the cryptocurrency market is very volatile.

The way it works is, the trader exchanges the first asset for the second asset, then the second asset is exchanged for a third asset and finally the trader exchanges this third asset for the first asset, and thus making a profit. This mechanism is done in different markets or exchanges.

Contest Guidelines

Post your articles in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. Participation time is between Monday, October 23, 2023 at 00:00 UTC and Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
The article should be at minimum 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.
Your article title must be: Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S13W2 - Triangular arbitrage. Add the tag #cryptoacademy-s13w2 and other relevant tags.
Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.
Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.
The community moderators would be leaving quality assessments on your articles and probable upvotes.
In addition, your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so ensure you interact with other users' entries. Do not be involved in vote-buying.

Rewards

SC01 would be checking on the entire 7 participating communities and upvoting outstanding content. Upvote is not guaranteed for all articles. Kindly take note.

At the end of the week, we would nominate top 3 users that had performed well in the contest and they would be eligible for votes from SC01/SC02.

Important Notice: The nomination of the top 3 users in our community is not based on good grades alone, it includes their general engagements (quality and quantity of their interactions with other users' articles) to measure the overall performance. Also note that generally, you can only make one post per day in the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

Conclusion

Este tipo de trading utiliza las diferencias de precio de 3 activos en diferentes mercados, con la finalidad de obtener una ganancia.

Podemos decir que el mercado tiene ineficiencias, y es allí donde este método utiliza esas ineficiencias para obtener oportunidades financieras, que deben ser aprovechadas en ese mismo momento, porque el mercado de las criptomonedas es muy volátil.

Su forma de trabajo es, el comerciante intercambia el primer activo por el segundo, luego el segundo activo es intercambiado por un tercer activo y por último el comerciante intercambia este tercer activo por el primer activo, y así obtener una ganancia. Este mecanismo se hace en diferentes mercados o intercambios.
