Hermoso texto, a veces el amor nos exige sacrificios. Anna prefirió quedarse en su país, en su casa y con su esposo, mientras su hijo se iba a vivir a los Estados Unidos, pero ahora que su marido no está a su lado; y su hijo se encuentra en otro país con sus nietos; no es justo que ella viva en soledad, sin regalarse la oportunidad de ver a su hijo y a sus nietos todos los días.

Thank you @solperez for reading. Actually when I saw this painting, it reminded me an old women who I met few years ago and she was alone there, her family was in other country, she did not see them for many years and did not have contact, therefore, was hesitated to contact them saying that she is too old. I think in such situation just to be silent and think something for yourself is worth thing. If she would try to contact and see who knows she might have been successful. I always think about that when I see lonely old people.
