My advice to Nancy is that if she wants to make her life happy, she should not focus too much on these changes in her mind, but should focus on her body as before and not hesitate to socialize. These changes may cause temporary distress, but they can be easily dealt with by maintaining mental strength and controlling her eating habits. It is very important to be happy in life.

It is the first time I hear that this can easily be controlled. This isn't true at all. There are women who will suffer from the menopause for the rest of their lives. BTW it already starts long before the "so called" day.

I don't know why you don't support my point with such confidence, but my elders have told me that when someone older than you stands firmly before you, you must accept that person as the right one. And then, surrendering to you seems like the best option for me. But I will certainly try to satisfy you someday with an article on this subject.
