It is the first time I hear that this can easily be controlled. This isn't true at all. There are women who will suffer from the menopause for the rest of their lives. BTW it already starts long before the "so called" day.

I'm advising Nancy, the "character in her story," who is a single woman going through menopause and experiencing hormonal changes and the mental imbalance that comes with it, that if she wants to live a happy life, she shouldn't dwell too much on these changes, but instead, she should focus on her body as before and not hesitate to socialize.
I advised her that these changes may be challenging, but by maintaining mental strength and controlling her eating habits, the resulting mental imbalance and irritability can be dealt with.
Because happiness is essential in everyone's life. Overdoing anything in the mind only amplifies its impact.

So actually you are saying that if you advice a character in a painting you can still say things which aren't sure for a huge amount of women?

I don't know why you don't support my point with such confidence, but my elders have told me that when someone older than you stands firmly before you, you must accept that person as the right one. And then, surrendering to you seems like the best option for me. But I will certainly try to satisfy you someday with an article on this subject.
