As you all are well aware that the structure inside our mouth which we call teeth .There are always 32 teeth in movies and they are also part of our digestive system. The role of cleaning is our right.Maintaining our dental health is very important.Following are the reasons for maintaining dental hygiene.

As you all know that some bacteria species that are in our mouths that eat food and end up killing the bacteria if we don't wash them, they produce recitation because of our Teeth can get damaged, can we kill these bacteria with sugar and sugar?

As you know we have been thinking since childhood that doctors advise us to brush our teeth twice a day and I agree with his opinion and I also follow this opinion I brush my teeth twice a day. I brush my teeth because of which our dental health is reduced so as per the doctor's instructions I brush my teeth after breakfast in the morning and before going to bed at night. Not much knowledge because doctors know more about teeth so I just follow the doctor's instructions.

• 5 We should use a good quality toothbrush and toothpaste to clean our teeth which is very important for us.

The answer to the question I have is that there are many people who do not brush their teeth and due to the fact that they do not face any kind of marks on their teeth or they start to deteriorate and some people There are also those who develop bad breath and feel reluctance to talk to other people and show their teeth or smile.
