It Wasn't Here, and Now It's Here

Greetings, friends
I've missed something in this life.
When did this happen and why didn't I notice it?
I'm talking about landscaping in front of the shopping mall. I remember that in this place last year there were no flower beds and there were no paving stones. And there was no bus stop! And suddenly it all appeared. That's how rarely I visit the streets of our city. I live on the outskirts and travel to the regional city more often than just to our town.
