The Cemetery Church

I recently told you that I made a short trip to the Russian North, to the Arkhangelsk region, where I saw wooden churches. Wood is a traditional material in those parts.
Kostroma region also has a lot of forests, but I haven't seen any wooden churches there.
This is the city of Makaryev. Cemetery. The first time I saw this church was in 1989, when the USSR existed, and almost all the churches were in a ruined or abandoned state.
At the moment, this building looks quite respectable.
