Exploring Woden Park Athletic: My Morning Destination

Friends! You must have heard this saying that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. But this is not a saying, it is a reality. To make life happy, the happiness of the mind along with the body is very important. And the mind of that person remains happy, whose health is good.

So my favorite place is the park in front of my house where I often go to Woden Thunder which is another place for a walk and also to watch school children practicing sports.

In the definition of health also, good health is considered to be that which is physically healthy as well as mentally healthy. If the body is suffering from many types of diseases, then the mind also becomes dull and sick.

As much as nutritious food is necessary to maintain good health, labor is also as necessary. Labor increases both the strength and health of a person. Not only by eating a balanced diet, the body remains energetic and fresh, but by labor, the body remains agile.

 
There are many activities of physical labor. Some do exercise, some do gym, some run, some swing a mace, and some do yoga activities. Whatever one is interested in, he enjoys it more. But walking in the morning is considered to be one of the best exercises to keep the body healthy and fit.

I believe, a morning walk keeps the mind happy. The mind gets relaxed and the redness of dawn makes the human heart healthy. Scientists also say that morning walks not only keep the body healthy but also increase age.

 
Morning walk is a boon for human health. Studies have also confirmed that a 30-minute morning walk is equal to a two-hour workout in the gym. A 30 to 45-minute morning walk every day is enough to stay healthy.

Now the question arises at what time should one wake up in the morning for good health? So waking up in the morning does not mean waking up in the dark and neither can the time after the sun rises be called morning. ‘Morning time’ means the time before the sun rises, i.e. when the darkness of the night starts to disappear.

Many people work till late at night. Therefore, waking up in the morning may not be possible for them. I feel one should try to wake up between 6:30 am and 7 am. But the effort should be to wake up at dawn.

According to our present time zone, the right time to wake up is 6 as waking up at this time also energizes the body. This also keeps the mind happy and in this way, the whole day till the evening is spent in happiness.

By walking in early, the blood circulation in the body is fast, which brings radiance to the face. By walking fast, every part of the body moves. By taking in cold air, the face starts shining. I feel that by morning walking, the digestive power increases, the heart and lungs work normally and they get strength. When pure air enters the body through the nose, the blood also gets purified.

Morning walk also helps in the mental development of a person. His intelligence develops and good feelings increase in him. When one walks barefoot on green grass in the morning, the mind of a person becomes fresh and many diseases also get cured. This increases intelligence.

If we talk about the work and age of a person, then it is not possible to do exercise in old age. Therefore, a morning walk is considered to be very useful for such people. Walking in old age works as reenerzing our body and reduce the aging effects.

Similarly, for those people who work all day by sitting, a morning walk is very important for them. A morning walk is useful for people working in offices, doctors, etc. whoever sits for a long time during his working hours. In the end, I would just like to say that a person does not have to spend anything for a morning walk. Hence it is very beneficial for everyone.
