I can learn many new things

It would be foolish to say do yoga or exercise or take any medicine or don't tie any rope or amulet to end this habit because when these come to mind there is no way. Yeah no way does it work. But we can not be free from these thoughts? Of course I can. But before that we have to think about where is coming from? You will also agree with me. If I say thoughts come to us when we are alone or stressed, think when we are with our parents, do such dirty thoughts come to our mind or when we are doing something according to our choice. It does not come at all. Yes, I can make the body healthy by doing Mani Yoga Pranayama exercises. But it is not our body but our mentality and it is in our thoughts and we should fix it and whatever is right through our actions whenever we are alone or stressed we will use ourselves in such a way that our life can go on a right path.

We will do the work that will help us achieve our goal. I am no Mahatma, Muni or God. Someone like you. I used to think like that, thinking is a power. Which is wanting to get out. And he must take action to get out. Now we will take it out for good? Not for bad work? It is in our hands. When I'm alone or stressed I like to listen to some music or a movie or call friends I haven't talked to for a long time and it doesn't bring any bad thoughts to my mind. And today I can learn many new things.

And as a result of giving this thought the right direction, today I do all my work without anyone's help. Think how many things there are in the world that you can learn alone at home, all games but your thoughts. You have to use this idea. After today, give such action to bad thoughts or bad thoughts that come to your mind. Whom you can proudly present in front of everyone tomorrow. And if you don't, you will have to cry later.
