Assalamu Alaikum friends!

A heartfelt welcome to my blog dear steemians. ❤️ I hope you are all well. I am pretty sure life is going on in its beautiful way. After a long time today I got a chance to participate in a new challenge.

First of all thank you all for coming here and reading my post. Your love, encouragement and beautiful comments always make me happy.

Today I am participating in the Zero Craft Challenge organized by my dear ma'am @sualeha . It is not only a challenge for me. Well it is also a beautiful opportunity to try my creativity.

Then why late? Let's see how my attempt fares. ❤️

The Material Required For This Craft Is :

༻Step 1༻

To make this craft. I decided to use some of my old bangles that I don’t wear anymore. I wanted to give them a new look instead of just keeping them unused. So first I took one simple bangle. A spare piece of cloth, which was around red in color. I placed the bangle on the cloth. Then started covering it with the cloth.

༻Step 2༻

I held the cloth tightly around the bangle. I wrapped a thread around it. This made the cloth fit even better and kept it in place. After wrapping the thread around the bangle. I tied it and then cut the extra thread. I also cut the extra cloth that was left around it.

I did the same thing with the other bangles. Well I made around seven bangles in total. All of them were covered with the red cloth. This gave them a simple and nice look.

༻Step 3༻

Then I started decorating the bangle. I used white glue to stick small mirrors on it. I arranged the small mirrors in the shape of a flower. After making the flower shape. I added a small white pearl in the middle of the flower. This made the flower look complete. Well it gave the bangle a pretty look.

༻Step 4༻

I did the same with the rest of the bangles. First I made small flowers using the little mirrors. Then I added one white pearl in the center of each flower. By following the same process. I completed the small flower designs on all seven bangles. Now all seven bangles had the same simple and pretty design.

༻Step 5༻

After making the small flowers. I noticed that there was still some empty space on the sides of the bangles. So I decided to decorate that space as well. I used two bigger mirrors together to make another cute flower shape. I placed two mirrors around the small flower and repeated the same design on both sides. By adding two mirrors around small flower. I created a simple and pretty design that filled the empty space nicely guys. I followed the same process on all the bangles. I added the bigger mirror design around each small flower. This gave all seven bangles a simple and pretty look.

༻Step 6༻

Then I started making tassels with thread. To make one I wrapped the thread around my four fingers several times. When I felt it was enough. I held the thread from the top. I tied it with another piece of thread. Then I cut the bottom part with scissors. This gave me a simple and pretty tassel.

༻Step 7༻

Then I started adding beads to the tassel. First, I added some white beads. Then a few red beads. I followed by more white and red beads. I repeated the same process and made three beaded tassels for my bangles.

༻Step 8༻

Then I took an ice cream stick. I cut it into two pieces. I turned the bangles to the back side. Well I started attaching the pieces there to join the bangles together. I used white glue to stick the ice cream stick pieces onto the bangles. This help me connect all the bangles. This keep them together.

༻Step 9༻

Then I attached the beautiful beaded tassels I made earlier to the back of the bangles. Since I had made three tassels. I attached one to each of the three bangles. After that I left the bangles for some time to let the glue dry properly.

And finally, my simple old bangles turned into a beautiful handmade piece. ❤️

Yes I really liked this week's theme. ❤️ I had a lot of fun making this craft. Well especially because I reused my old bangles that I had laying around for a long time. Giving them a new and beautiful look was a very interesting experience for me. While doing each step. I was also enjoying thinking of the next design. The best part was that I used my creativity to make something with my own hands. This challenge was not only fun for me. Well it is also quite satisfying.
