Greetings of the day,

This is @alfazmalek from #India,

Assalam-o-Alaikum friends,

Today was a busy and meaningful day filled with different experiences. I reached the hospital in the morning and, as usual, started my routine round. I visited different areas and interacted with patients and staff members. During the round, I came to know that one of the nursing staff members had experienced a needle stick injury while performing clinical duties. In a healthcare setting, such incidents should never be ignored because they may expose healthcare workers to potential blood-borne infections.

After learning about the incident, I immediately assessed the situation and followed the necessary protocol. I arranged a Hepatitis-B vaccine for the staff member and ensured it was administered properly. Staff safety is just as important as patient safety because healthcare workers spend their entire day caring for others. Proper management after occupational exposure is essential in reducing future risks and maintaining a safe working environment. I felt satisfied that timely action was taken and the staff member received the required care and support.

In the afternoon, it was time for lunch as usual. After completing work for some time, everyone needed a small break from the daily routine. We all had lunch together and then spent some enjoyable moments playing carrom. These small activities help reduce stress and strengthen teamwork among staff members. There was a cheerful atmosphere filled with laughter, and everyone was trying hard to win the game. Sometimes simple moments create the best memories during a busy working day.

Later in the evening, I arranged a special training session for the nursing staff on empathy and sympathy. In healthcare, technical skills alone are not enough; emotional understanding also plays an important role in patient care. During the session, we discussed the difference between empathy and sympathy. Sympathy means feeling concern for someone, while empathy means understanding and emotionally connecting with another person's feelings and experiences. Patients often remember not only the treatment they receive but also the way healthcare workers make them feel. The training session was interactive, and many staff members shared their experiences and thoughts.

After finishing work at the hospital, I went with my friends to Chhuchapura village because a fair was taking place at the dargah there. The atmosphere in the village felt peaceful and refreshing. The fair reminded me of childhood memories and village celebrations. I saw many different kinds of animals there, and I spent some time doing photography because I enjoy capturing unique moments and beautiful scenes. Seeing different animals and observing village life made the visit more enjoyable.

After reaching the dargah, I offered Fatiha and spent a few peaceful moments there. During the night, qawwali and other activities were taking place, and the environment looked lively and beautiful. My friends planned to stay longer and enjoy the programs. However, my wife was alone at home, so I decided not to stay late and returned home. Family responsibilities are important, and spending time with loved ones also matters.

Overall, it was a day filled with responsibility, learning, enjoyment, spirituality, and meaningful moments.

Thank you for reading.

Wow! Indeed you are a professional at what you do, first you took care of your injured worker, secondly you tought them on how to care for the patients with sympathy and empathy not just with their skills. You also give yourself and workers breaks during duty. I really admire your leadership skills great job sir.

Thank you so much for your kind words and appreciation. I believe healthcare is not only about clinical skills but also about compassion, empathy, and supporting each other as a team. Taking care of staff and patients while maintaining a positive environment is equally important. Your encouraging words truly mean a lot to me.

Your welcome sir, keep up the good work
