| Greetings, love & respect to all of my steemian friends. |

I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. This morning I walked around the village. Along the way, I discovered various things, which I am sharing in the form of a diary.
Winter mornings in rural life are a different feeling. The rice plants in the rice field are covered in dew. The rice on the plants is ripe. But it is not the time to harvest these rice plants right now. They will have to be harvested later. It looks like the rice plants are almost ready to ripen. Because, between the green stalks, some rice grains are seen taking on a yellow-golden color.
The dense, tall rice plants dominate the foreground of the picture. The whole scene has a mix of bright green and yellow-gold colors, which indicates a healthy field just before harvest. A light mist has settled over the rice fields and plants. I took the picture early this morning.
Here the rice grains are on their way to their fullness. Looking at it, it seems as if a golden future has been painted on the canvas of green nature. The dew drops or water droplets that have accumulated on the green leaves of the rice paddy seem as if the softness of the morning has just left its touch on the chest of this nature. These small pearls are the symbol of the vitality of every life. The rice sheaves have bent under the weight and their color has started to change from green to yellow-golden. This color change hides the fruits of the farmer's hard work and the sweet hope of future prosperity.
These are called rice stalks. Usually they are left after the rice is harvested. They have to be cut from the rice husk in this way. Even millet is not cut at the bottom. This is a harvested agricultural land. This is a post-harvest scene, where the stalks or stalks of the crop are lying. These cut stalks indicate that this is probably the rice field after the rice has been harvested. It could also be a field of vetiver grass. This grass helps to stabilize the soil and protect it from erosion. The soil in the field is quite dry and cracked in some places.
These are the leaves of wild trees. So the leaves are very large. The leaves of the trees are covered in dew. Especially in winter, the leaves of these trees are wet with dew. These scenes are usually seen in winter. As long as the pollen resistance is not high, the pollen will not dry up. With this dew-wet water, the dirt on the leaves of the trees is cleaned. The leaves get a new life.
I left the house on a winter morning. But it is very cold outside. Along with that, there is a lot of fog. It looks a lot cloudy in the fog. I put on winter clothes to protect myself from the cold. The trees are standing silently. It is very early in the morning so there are not many people on the road. The sun is trying to peek through the fog. This is a mild winter morning.
I saw a gourd tree. There is a gourd hanging at the bottom of the hanging. This is how gourd cultivation is usually done. The tree seedlings are planted. Then when the tree starts growing, the tops of the tree are made into a hanging basket and placed on it. Then the gourds hang from the bottom of the hanging basket like this. The gourds slowly grow while hanging.
A hen is walking around in a group with a few chicks. The mother hen is guarding her chicks. The chicks are walking around with the mother hen looking for food. The mother is helping them in their search for food. Especially the mother hen is tearing the food into small pieces. Then the chicks are eating that food. Here is an interesting thing. When someone tries to catch the chicks, the mother hen chases them away.
These are coriander leaves. They are usually called Bilati coriander. They are planted as seeds. Again, some coriander is left as is. Cooking stews, pulses, vegetables, etc. with this coriander gives an extraordinary taste.
Today, one of the winter dishes eaten during this season is Gulgula and the other is Mudir Moa. Gulgula is usually made with a mixture of coconut, flour and sesame seeds. These dishes are usually available more in rural areas during winter.
Thanks to my dear steemian friends Who read my post.
