Hello friends and welcome to my article in the SEC: S20/W5 I do hope you enjoy my article, learning a thing or two from my article.
My country Nigeria located in West Africa is one of the biggest countries in Africa, blessed with two seasons; the dry season and the rainy season. The dry season stretches from November through March in extreme cases characterised by harmattan wind and dry air with scorching sun.
Moreso, the rainy season is from April through October where there are rich vegetation due to water in the land. It is termed as the best time for planting due to the fact that the soil is easy to plant, enough water for vegetation and a rich time of bliss. The dry season is best for harvesting while the rainy season is best for planting.
The beautiful importance of planting trees in the right places is really interesting. The trees are so much of importance and I would be sharing it with us.
Ornamental Purposes: Trees are highly important in beautification to our environment, planting trees at strategic places, makes it easier for our houses, protecting us from sunlight and relaxation too.
Atmospheric Protection: Planting of trees causes our atmosphere to be protected in some kind of way. Ozone layer depletion is obvious in our atmosphere today this vegetation and blissful trees help reduce green house gases from infiltrating our atmosphere and thus protecting our environment too.
Provision of Shelter: We live in a tropical region, thus trees provide shelter when the sun is so scorching in our homes, when we get exhausted, the shelter from these trees makes us feel protected.

Suitable places trees can be planted
Residential Areas:
Most trees are ornamental and thus for beautification, Therefore planting trees in residential areas aid beautifying our homes , estates and also makes the beauty relatable as these trees provide tourist sights too.
Polluted Land:
Areas which has suffered pollution in one way of the other basically, land pollution, or areas that were once sight for refuse dump, after soil treatment tend to blossom well and supply a form of beauty to these zones.
Riverside Areas:
Trees are known to bloom in riverside, but these trees would be very helpful because these trees would bloom well providing rich harvest of fruits. For instance coconut planted in river side tend to grow big and robust best for harvest. I think these are suitable places to plant trees.

The best form of fertilizer are those fertilizer without side effects on the soil. Some fertilizers leach the soil of its nutrients thus its best to use organic fertilizers. These organic fertilizers consist of cow dungs, poultry droppings and all these are high in nutrients for the soil. The organic fertilizers has no side effect but enrich these soil effectively. Importantly, I must stress that the earthworm boosts the soil nitrogen to a good extent. It is safe to say that livestock organic manure are the best for our soil before planting.
Proper clearing of the soil is the first approach to preparation of our soil.
Proper watering system and irrigation method should be adopted to make the soil really a beautiful place for planting.
Organic manure is a proper approach to preparing these soil for planting too. The soil preparation is not complete without appropriate manure in the soil.

The correct method of using pesticide is really so easy, it is basically;
When you know the disease in your farm, you indeed know the kind of control measures to put in place, it is highly crucial too. This enables you to know how to tackle the problem. You have to identify its characteristics, before selecting any designated pesticide or fungicide as the case may be.
You must research these pesticide before taking any action, after research, backrest them on a sample of your garden and observe closely to see their mode of action and to see how the work on the sample space you choose.
Choose the product you want to administer on your garden, products without side effects such as stunted growth or poor crop yield,These are factors to really consider before really taking this special step too.
Home made traps are best for rodents and other parts which can infect our plants. It is really a big way of saving our garden. Natural use of bug repellant is also really important too. The use of neem oil is designed as an insect repellent which would protect our farm from insects.
Finally, adding garlic and chilly pepper powder would be one of the best way of dealing with pests and insects in our farm. Overall cleanliness and proper maintenance of our garden is truly important in saving our farm from these hazards

Observations and suggestions:
October to April is the best time to plant trees here. It is best to plant according to the climate. The benefits you mention in proper tree planting are actually effective ornamental purposes, atmospheric protection, sheltering. If trees like coconut are planted on the banks of the river, the erosion of the river is reduced, that is, the soil on the banks of the river is retained. I think you have good knowledge about planning and benefits of planting trees. Yes, the best fertilizer for plants is animal droppings. These animal droppings provide nutrients for plants in the soil. Neem oil is widely used for pest control. I hope your rat trap plan worked. Very nice post you made.
