My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2021

Woot woot! For a person who lacks exercise, can't believe that with #actifit and of course, my doggos, I've managed for the first time to reach the 5,000 mark!!! Worked up some sweat and a tired doggo is a happy doggo! Not only does the hooman likes this app which motivates one to exercise but the doggos too (means more walk and sniff time💪🐕🐕‍🦺). Hope to keep this up and shed some weight😊

Taking a short break to enjoy our surroundings, take in some fresh air and appreciate life ❤️
