Not always.. the thing with my thoughts is that they go like the ICE about this, that, nothing, suddenly a new idea while I do something total differently. LOL
But it can be that I all of a sudden if I sit still out of the blue create something that fits to the thoughts I had as I saw your photo's or read your text. If that's the case I let you know.
By the way, I rarely have an idea what I will paint or create. I just start and the rest follows, and at times I think afterwards.. if I had let it rest for 1 day or 2 I would have added this or that or do it differently.
Yes, the creative process is very unpredictable. It used to happen to me when I was carving from wood. Often I just took a log, marked out the proportions of the human figure on it and started producing shavings or sawdust. What was left as a result was sometimes very different from what I had planned when I started working. Facial expressions were usually definitely different))
But it has its own charm)

With me this alwaya hapoens. I assume it's because my head's too busy with a million different things which stops me from focusing and simply copying.
By thevway, I always had that. Same if it comes to recipes. I never made one exactly as written down. 🤐
