Hello @jasminemary, Having a good diet can foster the functioning of the brain via the nutrients which it provides, another factor which has to be considered whenever the topic "train your brain" is mentioned is adequate sleep. Sleeping well helps the brain to function effectively, allowing man to be active in his daily activities.
