What glace at the word Traub my brain me Is the ability to quickly interpret something or make an initial impression. At a glance, training my brain suggests actively shaping how my mind works through habits, learning, and practice.

It is much like doing physical exercise that builds mental exercises and muscles like reading, problem-solving, learning new skills, meditation, and so many others that help improve the function of our brain and memory and make us focus in life.


Do you believe the way we train ourselves our brains react accordingly; Justify.

Yes, I believe the way we train ourselves, our brains react accordingly due to a concept known as neuroplasticity, which is the ability for us to rewire and grow based on how we use it and adapt.

My justification for this is that if I practice gratitude, my brain will become more likely to focus on positive experiences. Also, if I constantly keep solving puzzles or learning languages, my cognitive and memory will improve.

If I feel that my brain is negative and it is difficult for me to solve problems, it may reinforce laziness or stress in me.


To carry a healthy brain, which are the primary elements that we need to follow? Explain.

For us to maintain a healthy brain we should focus on five (5) core elements which are:

  • Mental Activity: We will need to challenge our brains with reading, learning new things, solving puzzles, etc.

  • Physical Exercise: Exercises boost blood flow to the brain, support clarity and memory, and reduce the risk of diseases.

  • Healthy Diet: Eating healthy food helps fuel our brains and protect us against inflammation.

  • Quality Sleep: Quality sleep improves our brain, and it is essential for mental recovery.

  • Stress Management: Chronic stress is capable of harming memory and cells. And also deep breathing or hobbies to relax the mind.

Hello @jasminemary, Having a good diet can foster the functioning of the brain via the nutrients which it provides, another factor which has to be considered whenever the topic "train your brain" is mentioned is adequate sleep. Sleeping well helps the brain to function effectively, allowing man to be active in his daily activities. The learning of new skills can greatly impact our brain health fostering a retentive memory and easy adapting to things.
