Many, many thanks to dear @dove11 Uncle. I completely agree with you. However, there are a few things that might include some personal advice or some questioning. The opinions you have expressed on all the matters to improve this platform and keep its authenticity impartial are very acceptable.

We are included under a set of rules. We work and carry out responsibilities based on the rules given to us by this platform. However, many people often act unnoticed outside some of these rules. We all should be responsible for that. Trying to apply every single step may be a bit rushed. But we can start with a little. This way, we can gradually understand whether the platform is improving or not.

The three sections you've divided for the curator. It's a good initiative. But I feel that it might be a bit too much for the moment. However, it can be started in some parts.

Just keep in mind, what I’ve noticed over the past two to three years is that many users whose IDs were completely pure and accurate, the new users coming in now, no one worries much about their verification. I feel this is very important. It's necessary for everyone and the platform to take responsibility in this matter.

Another thing I liked is that new users should start voting with a lower percentage. Like you mentioned, 10%. That can be done. Because there is importance to deputation. Everyone works hard but doesn’t get reputation easily. So reputation matters. The voting percentage can be adjusted based on reputation and the quality of the post, which is something I’ve done.

Personally, I want the proposal you gave to definitely help us improve at least a little, even though you can never reach the top of a tree in one step; we should move forward little by little.
