To be frank, we all hear them from the knowledgeable ones so I guess no one has the expertise of writing fables. We can just search and research and write them but I am afraid none will be original. We have a world famous book called "The stories from Panchtantra"

But there is no way one can try them as his own because these are available in almost all languages of the world.
