Greetings to you all and welcome to my Engagement Challenge entry for the theme of this week's from this amiable community were we get to talk about the process it takes to gain experience. A tree is only considered to be strong when it faces adversaries and remains standing over time. This I will explain as you read true.
How do you define maturity? |

When we talk about maturity, we are talking about growing up and becoming more responsible and thoughtful in the way we do things. When someone is mature, it means that they show certain qualities and behaviours that help them in a wise and sensible way.
Just like the tiny seeds that needs lots of care and attention to grow, but as they gets older, they develop roots, leaves, and branches making it stronger and more capable of taking care of itself. This is the same process we go through as we grow and develop.

Therefore being mature to me means having emotional intelligence, being able to handle oneself in difficult situations calmly, and making good decisions which I can say is like having strong roots, leaves and branches that help us navigate life's challenges. But then, being mature does not mean we have to be serious all the time because we also need to have fun.

To the best of my knowledge, I can say that experience comes with circumstances which we experience as we grow in age.
As we grow older, we naturally gain experience from the circumstances we face because we have had time to live and encounter this different circumstances. Look at it like a book with many chapters, were each year adds a new chapter from the circumstances we faced to our book of experiences.

Therefore, the circumstances we encounter, the people we meet, and the challenges we face as we grow contribute to our experiences. Therefore experience is not totally tired to age but then it is solely tired to circumstances we face and overcome not minding our age.
Hence, age provides the opportunity for more experience accumulation over time, while circumstances offer situations that enrich our understanding of the world.
Do you believe older people can also learn so many things from youth? Justify. |

I saw an inspiring quote about life and learning and I would like use this medium to share it with you all, the quotes reads;
“We now accept the fact that learning is a lifelong process of keeping abreast of change. And the most pressing task is to teach people how to learn.” -Peter Drucker
This means that learning in life is a continuous and unending process, in other words, till we are dead and gone, we will continue to learn and seek knowledge.
To this fact, I can say the youth have their own experiences and fresh ideas because as they grow in a different time than older people in which the old can learn from. They know about new things like technology and trends that older people may not be familiar with.
When older people listen to the youth and learn from them, it's like opening a door to new knowledge and understanding. The youth can teach older people about what's happening in the world today and how things have changed. They can share their perspectives and help older people see things in a different way.
Learning from the youth also helps older people stay connected and keep up with what's going on. It's like staying in the loop and not missing out on important things. Plus, it's fun to learn from each other and build a strong bond between generations.
So, to sum it up, older people can definitely learn a lot from the youth because they have different experiences and ideas. It's like learning from a whole new world and staying connected with what's happening today. Learning from each other is a great way to grow and understand each other better.

বয়স আমাদের চলার পথে আরো নতুন নতুন পরিস্থিতির মাঝ দিয়ে যাবার সুযোগ করে দেয়। আর এর ফলে আমরা আরো অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করতে সক্ষম হই।
আপনার সাথে আমিও একমত যে বয়স্করা তরুণদের কাছ থেকে অনেক কিছুই শিখতে পারে বিশেষ করে প্রযুক্তিগত বিষয়গুলি।
