Hello dear friends how are you all? I hope everyone is well by God's grace. I am also fine by the grace of God. Today I am here with a contest entry post. The contests running in the first week of the Steem Engagement Challenge Season Seventeen are excellent. The contest organized by the Incredible India community is, SEC17/W3|Experiences come with age or circumstances! I am ready to participate in this competition with pleasure. Let's get started then.
| How do you define maturity? |

Maturity is something I can call normal. Completeness in a matter we can assume as maturity. When one moves from childhood to adulthood, it is called puberty. Again, when a fruit becomes edible from raw, it is also called maturity. If you want to understand everything in one definition then in my opinion the definition would be,
The process of something becoming fully useful is called maturity. It can be anything. So maturity is completeness. Which can be qualification, skill, knowledge, age, etc. That much is the definition of maturity. But greater magnitude is found in maturity. If I imagine a person about his maturity. I would call mature a person who has excellence in all aspects. I call him mature who has the greatest success in intellect and action.

This question is very good. I agree with you that experiences come with age or circumstances. As we cannot do any work with good skill in the beginning. But as we focus on the same task over and over again, there comes a time when we become more proficient. We definitely need some time to master anything. The time may be longer or shorter. But you have to spend time to gain experience. Otherwise your skills may remain zero even if qualified.
One thing to clarify, when you qualify a job exam but you don't have the skills to perform well in the exam, it would be absolutely foolish to expect that job. So I believe that experiences come depending on time. Experience in terms of time will make your work skills more excellent and at peak efficiency.
There are situations that you have to deal with. And if all those situations are unfavorable to you, your skills will increase. And if you don't improve your skills in that adverse situation, you might lose. So it is also true that experiences come with circumstances. So I would like to say that the mentioned question is logical, I believe experience and skills come with time and situation.

Youth is a precious time in human life. During this period of youth, people get the maximum time to choose their right path. It's a time when no one can hold me down. When you are young, don't give up on any situation in life. May I then be able to face any situation. So youth is a period that influences the whole life of a person. When we are past puberty, we can still enjoy the fruits of dealing with the hard times of youth.
So from the above discussion it will be proved that even in old age we can learn many lessons from our youth. Some inspiration from the precious time of our youth to pass through some difficult situations teaches a lot in old age. How to keep yourself strong and energetic. How I reached the pinnacle of success by utilizing the precious time of youth may teach us in old age. So I agree with you that even older people can learn a lot from youth.

আপনার সাথে আমিও একমত যে প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যাক্তিরা তরুণদের কাছ থেকে অনেক কিছুই শিখে পারে।
