SFS Contest: Your New Year Resolutions

Coming to actually think, we all at one point have resolution which we always call the new year resolution. It has always been known to be a step for self improvement through goal settings. Of course it means the goal setting for the new year to come. It always comes with this zeal and desire for us to be much more better in the coming years which cut across every aspect of our lives and that is something we need to always look into.

Most of the time, I believe a whole lot of us have actually misplaced the purpose of resolution. New resolution means the ability of you setting goals so that you can make this new year much more better but to come to think of it, a whole lot of us are now setting the goals just for setting sake. In fact that has been the trend now. A lot of us are just setting new year resolutions so that they can just say they set a new year resolution which is not so.

Talking about are resolutions important for everyone. Of course yes, in fact before you set your goals, or your new year resolution as it is called, you sit down to make sure that you point out that which you want to work upon as it will enable you to take steps. First you should understand that new year resolution is for goal oriented individuals and not just for any individual. What you should pay attention to is that the goals you are setting must cut across every aspect of your lives that you want to work upon.

Coming this year 2025, of course I have some amazing new year resolutions that cut across every aspect of my life.

• Academics: I want to go for my NYSC immediately since I am done with the school. I actually want to make sure I make use of my NYSC period for learning skills relevant to my course and beyond more. It is something I am really and eagerly waiting for actually and I have started on it.

• Increasing My Steem Power: My target for 2025 is to actually hit 10,000 Steem power. I know it is actually a crazy goal but I am so sure that with my consistency, I will definitely achieve it as it is just a matter of time actually. I am so sure of that.

• Working On My YouTube Channel: One of the things I really want to work upon is to increase my consistency on my YouTube channel. Actually I have always wanted to create a YouTube channel before but I have always been procrastinating it but not anyone. I will make sure I work towards achieving the goals.

• Working On Increasing My Source Of Income: The second thing I actually want to work upon is to increase my source of income. At least before the end of this year, I want to have at least 2-3 sources of income that are fully established.

Well looking back, I will say I was able to achieve some new year resolution and some of them I was not able to achieve.

• I was able to finish my school: of course that was the new year resolution I set earlier that I will be graduating from higher institution this year

• Increasing my Financial Income: At least this year I was able to increase my financial income from zero to one which is currently Steemit platform right now.

• Was able to learn a skill: Finally I was able to learn much more about content writing which to me was a very big win and which I was really grateful to. It was not easy of course but I fought it and now it was possible.

There are also a whole lot of resolution I was able to achieve which I was really grateful that it was actually possible. At first it was looking impossible but later on. I was able to achieve it which I am really happy for.
