Steem Retro Game / Old-School Speed Revived: A Steem Retro Journey

Welcome to the steem pong and @gondalbiya blog. I will be writing today's post about my experience with the Steem Pong. The memory game is centered on making our brain more responsive.The primary objective of the game is to protect a small blue ball, and it is a game that brings in intellectual thinking.

The last time I played this game, I found it very interesting. Before that, I had only played the Harry Raid game on Steemit, which was also enjoyable, but now I have played this game as well, and I found it very interesting and I will play it more and I was playing it for the second time.

With each new try, I slowly got better and started to understand the flow of the game. I learned how enemies move, reacted more quickly to sudden obstacles, and stayed calm even when the game became very fast. Even though failing sometimes felt annoying, it was never a waste because each mistake helped me learn. Lasting longer than before and breaking my own records made every attempt feel rewarding, turning the challenge into a fun and motivating experience of improvement.

This time, the game went really well, and after a long while I was able to reach my goal again. When I compared this score with my earlier performances, it clearly turned out to be my best result so far. Even though progress started to slow down after a point, the good thing was that I didn’t just meet my target. I managed to go beyond it by a few points. Playing SteemPong felt smooth and enjoyable, making the whole experience very satisfying.

I did think about starting another round, but then I remembered my usual rule. I only continue playing multiple rounds if my first or second score isn’t good enough. Since I achieved my highest score on the very first attempt this time, there was no reason to push further. Ending the session on such a positive note felt like the right choice, leaving me motivated and confident for the next time I play.

So, I chose to finish my session feeling proud and content with how I performed. Ending on a positive result felt like the right decision, instead of pushing further and risking frustration or losing focus. This experience once again showed me the value of patience, consistency, and a calm mindset in reaching successnot only in gaming but in everyday life too. Going forward, I aim to keep this thoughtful approach, giving more attention to smart and focused gameplay rather than playing endlessly. Taking time to appreciate each achievement helps build confidence and prepares me mentally for the next challenge ahead.
