THE DIARY GAME (11/12/2024) : A Story Of Wonderful Day.

Assalamu Alaikum steemians. Hope you all are well. By the grace of Allah I am also well. As usual, I woke up early in the morning and went to the mosque to pray Fajr. Then after namaz I came home and practiced for a while. Then I had breakfast with special paratha.

It is made from a combination of cabbage, flour and spices. Cabbage basket (cabbage strips) and bread made from flour looks different and delicious. The sweet taste and soft texture of the cabbage mixed with the dough made the bread even more delicious.

If a little spice is added to it (like ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder or garam masala), the taste will be better. It basically feels like a kind of paratha. For example, see the picture below of my breakfast.

Eating bread mixed with cabbage basket has some benefits. Cabbage is rich in dietary fiber which helps improve digestion and relieves constipation. Cabbage is a low calorie vegetable so it can be helpful in weight control. But if you use flour or multigrain flour instead of flour, the bread will be more nutritious.

However, I will try to eat it every day. After that I saw a few posts on the Steemit platform, then went for a walk near our house where there was a green paddy field. Seeing this rural environment refreshes my mind. So I always want to get lost in the village nature haha.

Then I came home and had breakfast. Then I spent quite some time like this. Then I saw some important posts on Steemit. Then I completed some work at home. After taking a bath in the afternoon, I went to the mosque and prayed. Then I walked home in the light afternoon sun.

After that I had lunch with everyone and rested for a while. In the afternoon, I wandered around for some time. The afternoon was cool but pleasant. Then I went to the mosque to offer the Asr prayer. I went to the mosque and waited for a while because it was still some time left for the prayer to start.

After prayer, I planned to have some jhalmuri with my cousin. In fact, the taste of eating Jhalmuri on a winter afternoon is wonderful. The spicy, sour-sour-sweet mixture of jhalmuri in the cold air brings a different warmth to the taste.

Roasted scallions, mustard oil, green chillies, coriander leaves, and lemon juice combine to create a tangy yet mind-blowing experience. So we bought jhalmuri from the jhalmuri walla next door. How it filled the mind with joy. I took a picture while eating Jhalmuri with it.

After that I had jhalmuri with everyone. While we were there some drug buyers came. Basically, this pharmacy has been very beneficial for everyone in our village. Because having a pharmacy is very important in the village during winter nights, as immediate medical care and supply of medicines can save lives many times.

In winter, problems like cold, cough, fever, breathing problems increase. Medicines needed at this moment can be obtained from this pharmacy. In a village like ours, it is often a long distance to go to the hospital. In such situations, pharmacy is very useful for any injury or sudden illness at night.

Children and the elderly suffer more from infections and colds in winter. It is important to get immediate medical supplies for them from the pharmacy. So my cousin is doing very useful work. However, I did a night photography of his pharmacy shop.

Doctors are not always available in our village. My cousin's advice from the pharmacy can at least provide first aid. Later that night I went inside the mosque and saw that the poster of our party was made and printed. Making posters for masjid mahfil is very important and effective.

It is not only a means of announcement but also a means of ensuring everyone's attention and presence to make the Mahfil a success. The poster mentions the date, time, venue and speakers of the mahfil. It will help people to plan and attend on time. Posters are a beautiful and effective advertising medium.

People can easily know if it is installed in important places of mosque, market, village or city. By looking at the poster, local people can understand that a big event is going to take place. As a result, people from all walks of life are interested in participating in the festival. The following picture is our Mahfil poster.

I like this initiative very much. However, when it was time for namaz, I returned home with everyone after namaz. Then spend some fun time with my nephew. After that I spent some time on Steemit and wrote a post. In this way, when the night was late, I had dinner and read some news on Facebook. After finishing all the work I fell asleep. This is how I passed today. Thank God for such a beautiful day.
