Another research

Last week we start another research to investigate the accountability of gross root level agricultural officers. It is some difficult tasks for us because measuring human behavior and attitudes is not easy. Maybe they hidden some information about their weakness and inabilities. Our subject coordinator advises us to try to closer them and try to get truth on their details. For that we made a questioner. It mainly included questions to measure their responsibility, making documents, participate meetings on time, attend field visits like things.

We mainly focused to get detail from department of agriculture and department of export agriculture. Today morning we visited to Balangoda Agrarian service center to collect data and take some photograph to show our grate participate for success the research with correct data.

We talk with employee who familiar with us. I am happy to say some are very helpful. We show our university id and we explained to them our research aims and objectives. Our explanation forced them to engage with us and share their ideas with us. Today we went there with my friend, Nadeeka. Balangoda Agrarian service center locate about 12 kilometers away from my house. I used that distance to improve my driving skills. I wend there by my mother’s vehicle and it was driven by myself.
Father also joined with us because he still guides me by telling how to drive the vehicle in correct side. and how to overtake another one in a correct way, how to do clutch balance like things. But I like to drive a vehicle without any guidance beside me. I hope that day will come immediately. 💝
