My Valentines 💖

"Even though you don't have a Valentine's date, you don't need to show it to others" was my roomie's advice before I started to get ready to go to work on valentine's date. I was supposed to have a lecture till the evening, so that day was fully dedicated to the office work. I found the tone my friend told that amusing and decided to dress with the Valentine's vibe which was spreading those days.

However, that vibe immediately changed after I got to know that my students hadn't done the preparation work I had given them. My very sensitive temper blasted that day and my poor students had to get a taste of that. The atmosphere became chill again after they behaved themselves.

Lectures were happening in the first floor and I got a call from a superior asking me to come down immediately for an emergency. As soon as I opened my classroom door, the next classroom foot opened. She had also received the same call and us- scared by the sudden call- rushed to the down floor. We both laughed hard when we realized that it was an excuse to make us come down during the class hours because our superiors have arranged a little surprise treat for Valentine's day and how sweet of them to plan something like that!

My day became sweeter with this amazing surprise. Even though I couldn't go for a Valentine's date, I could give Valentine's cards for so many boys because the college had prepared cards for students and the batch I did the lecture has only boys 😅
