Hello friends, today I have come with a review of an airport. This is the second largest international airport in Bangladesh. This airport is located in the second largest city of Bangladesh, Chittagong. The name of this airport is Shah Amanat Airport.

Main building of the airport

It is located in the Patenga area of ​​Chittagong and on the banks of the Karnaphuli River. This airport is located about 20 kilometers from the city of Chittagong and about 18 kilometers south of the Chittagong Railway Station. It is known that this airport was first established in 1940, but it was planned as an international airport in the 1990s.

Extensive expansion and development work was done here between 1998 and 2000. Then in 2005, this airport was named Shah Amanat International Airport, which is still in effect. Both domestic and international flights are operated from this airport. There is a parking system in a huge area in front of this airport. So passengers do not have to face any trouble with parking here. Moreover, there are many large cafes and restaurants on both sides of the park. So the relatives waiting for the expatriates here get a good time to eat and drink and wait. Apart from that, there is also a large-scale public toilet facility here, which is very important for the passengers and the relatives of the passengers.

Many people come through this city of Chittagong instead of coming through the capital of our country. Because it is very easy to travel to all parts of southern Bangladesh from here. Moreover, from here you can always fly to Cox's Bazar, the most popular tourist area in Bangladesh, so many travel enthusiasts come from here and take flights to Chittagong.
