^Hospital

This hospital is located near a morning market in the city of Lhokseumawe. Its location is very strategic, behind one of the National Banks and even in the market, which is bustling with activity in the morning. The hospital is a referral center for specialized treatment, such as childbirth or other procedures that require the services of a surgeon, who is also the owner of this hospital.

Before entering the room, we can see a name box containing the names of doctors who practice or work at this privately-run hospital. This hospital is certainly one of the referral hospitals for patients from Lhokseumawe and North Aceh. Having information about the doctors who practice at the facility greatly facilitates those who wish to use the hospital's services, particularly the medical services provided to patients seeking treatment at this location.

Access to the hospital is from the left side, which is directly connected to the stairs. These stairs connect to the treatment room on the second floor. We can use the stairs to go upstairs or we can use the elevator if we use the front door and go directly to the elevator near the pharmacy.

There is some information that we cannot simply ignore. This includes information about the services provided and the doctors who will treat patients, as well as the staff responsible for addressing any issues or complaints from patients and their families regarding the services provided. There is also a special number for the health service provider, commonly abbreviated as BPJS.

Because we want to use the services of a surgeon at this hospital. After registering, I have to wait in the chairs provided in front of the doctor's office. This is so that when it is our turn to be examined, we can immediately enter the doctor's office.

My purpose for being here is to accompany my wife, who requires surgery. To obtain this, we must follow the established procedures. After the examination, the doctor recommended immediate surgery, scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025. We must stay at the hospital in the room we have been assigned, which is a Class I room, in accordance with the established regulations, especially since my wife is an active worker.

The operating room was on the second floor, not far from our room. After undergoing a health check, my wife was immediately taken to the operating room. Of course, the procedure performed was in accordance with the results of the previous examination.

After the procedure was performed, I immediately went in to check on my wife, who was in the operating room. I saw a very large light, which was obviously used during the procedure. Eventually, we were allowed to return to the room.

All the procedures performed by the doctors were provided free of charge. We did not have to pay a single cent, and the hospital staff provided exceptional service. This makes the hospital one of the best in terms of service in the city of Lhokseumawe.
