Never Learned and Grew Like In 2024!

2024 is a fabulous year for me and I've never been happier and healtheir in any other year, like in 2024. So I wanted to share a bit of it, at the end of the year.

Practice Acceptance

This is the year I got to know about the value of acceptance. Once we practice acceptance, we become more peaceful. Isn't it?

As long as we do not accept the people and situations as they are, we make a huge mental effort to fight with them. Therefore I count accpentance as one of the most beautiful habit, I practice and still continuing.

Traveling , Is Not Only For Fun

I do travel and um in deeply love with it. It's true that it's filled with so much fun. Also I learn & try to grow through traveling. Well..here's one of my lessons.

Belumgala is a small hike considering others, but still it requires physical energy. When we were coming back after our Belumgala hike, we met a gang of middle aged aunties and uncles( people of three buses) hardly trying to climb to the temple on the rock. Some of them were using walkers, crutches or the support of the other person.
What I learned:

Since we can not stop being sick, I should do all these hikings and travels while I am healthy and young

Sometimes I would be healthy and young in my fifties if health became the first of my life priorities!

Ohh now I understood! I Should write a sepaerate article for this.

Meditation is Important

I knew that meditation has benifits and never thought as it's something very very important.
It's the mind cleaning. Trust me, once you start, you will never stop practicing this beautiful habit.

The Meaning of "Forgiveness"

Sometimes we say "I forgave but, not gonna talk with that person anymore". This could be happen in two ways.

1. We don't talk, but hate secretely
2. We don't talk if It disturbes our inner peace, but we wish them good and move on!
   I think second way is the true forgiveness. Otherwise we have to carry heavy loads of anger, which destroy us emotionally.
