Graduation Photos

Graduation day is many ones dream even before starting higher studies. So mine. We started studying at University of Moratuwa on 2016’s last quarter. It took more time due to covid and ester attack to complete our degree though it is originally planned for 4 and half years. Somehow at the end we had our convocation on December 2022. I think I posted on that.

Though we had photos from our mobile phones, it is not official until we receive official graduation photo. Main reason for that is, only official photographers are allowed to take photos during we are on stage, receiving certificate.

Our graduation photographs were taken by Lakdam Studio and we are thankful for not selecting ninehearts. Ninehearts’ customer feedbacks are very negative. We did not receive our batch photos which we took a year back yet from ninehearts. Lakdam has a branch at Galle. So it was very easy for me.

Today I went Galle for another work. I gave a call before hand and checked whether my photos are ready or not. As I got the confirmation that they are ready, I went there today. They have packed my photo set. So it was easy.

I had a set of photos. They offered me a discount to frame them, 1500LKR each. Normal price is 1700LKR. I postponed that one as I have a lot. Let’s check the price from another studio also. But I am thankful for offering me a discount. And their customer service is good. No waiting, if you give them a call beforehand. Lot better than ninehearts, I should say.
