Today I will make strawberry juice, and I will share it with everyone. I hope everyone will like it.

This is a sherbet that gives the body quick energy after eating and is also a very delicious sherbet that you will want to eat again and again after eating it. Since it is the month of Ramadan, it provides nutrition for fasting people. Eating it in the heat makes the body feel cold. First, I will get acquainted with the ingredients to make it.


🟨 Strawberry 200 grams


🟩 Sugar 1 tablespoon


🟥 Honey 1 tablespoon


🟦 Milk 250 grams


🟧Salt as much

First, I washed the strawberries with water and cleaned them of weeds and put them in a bowl.

This fruit has various types of dirt on it, so to clean it well, take water in a bowl and soak it with 1 tablespoon of salt for 10 minutes; this will remove the dirt quickly. Eating this fruit helps in controlling blood pressure.

After 10 minutes, it became completely fresh, and I put the fruits in a bowl and cut them in half with a knife. Strawberries contain a lot of vitamin C, which strengthens the human system and prevents colds and coughs.

Now I took a blender and put the strawberries in it; there I added sugar, honey, and a little salt as ingredients and blended it well. Sugar gives energy quickly, and honey strengthens the body.

A beautiful aroma of the fruit comes out when blended. Now I mixed 250 grams of cow's milk. Milk contains a lot of calcium and protein, which will increase the quality of this sherbet.

After blending it well, I put the sherbet in a glass. I took a picture of myself; my strawberry juice, which I drank during iftar, was done.

Conclusion: Strawberry fruit has many benefits for our body, but it is very delicious to eat it as a syrup; it makes our body strong quickly.
