Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope that by the grace of the Creator, Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to the Creator that we are always doing well.

Today I want to talk to you about working people. Basically, there are different types of working people in our society. Different working people are engaged in different professions and they are a big part of our lives.

I want to talk about our Bangladesh. One of the largest working people in Bangladesh is the people who work in agriculture. About 85% of the people in our country work in agriculture and are connected to agricultural work.

Some people in the society do jobs and businesses other than agriculture. People who work or do business cannot appreciate working people. I have seen most of the working people who always neglect and look down on people who work in agriculture. Not only people connected to agriculture, but also people who work hard in society and work hard are neglected by those who give jobs. There are some people in our society who only try to achieve their own interests.

There are different types of working people in our country. Notably, there are farmers, blacksmiths, barbers, van drivers, etc. There are different types of working people. Basically, our society needs every type of working people. Because without working people, we will never be able to function.

Every working person has a lot of value in society. Many people think that just by working, they are fulfilling their livelihood and all their needs. But the matter can never be like this, you can earn money or money by working only. You are spending time and earning some money from there. Can you meet the needs of your life by earning money? If you do not save it.

If you only have money, you cannot buy rice and eat rice. Remember one thing, you are spending money and in return you are able to buy rice or buy food. But do you know where these foods come from and how they are produced?

Basically, a farmer wakes up early in the morning and goes to his agricultural land. After going there, he works tirelessly. He has to get wet in the rain and burn in the sun. He has to work. He has to remove weeds in the land and apply fertilizers and pesticides according to time. Then when the crop is harvested, they have to be cut and threshed and by further processing them, we get our food.

If you calculate, you can never buy this hard work for just a few bucks. There is agriculture and workers in society, thanks to which we are able to buy our food.

There are different types of working people in our society. People of every profession do different types of work. Sometimes we think that we do not need all types of working people. But this is very wrong. To survive in society, we need all working people. Because without working people, we cannot survive a day.

The most neglected profession in our society is the sweeper. Those who clean the garbage and garbage in our bathrooms. We hate and neglect those who are sweepers and working people in society. But have you ever thought about one thing? If there were no working people called sweepers in the society, then who would clean the garbage and garbage in our houses?

If we think about this once, all our mistakes will be broken. Because there are different classes of people in society and every class of people has needs in society. Therefore, we must respect and love every working person in the society as human beings. None of us will look down on the labor of others. We respect all types of working people. Because there are different classes of working people in society, due to which our society is still being run according to good rules. Therefore, we salute every working person in society.
