Now it's 4th week of steemit Engagement Challenge season 1. Steemit pakistan organizing good contest every week for steemit Engagement Challenge. I'm here to participate "Steemit Engagement Challenge Week # 4 | Propose A New Steemit Project"

I would like to invite @aaliarubab, @vvarishayy, @hibbanoor, @kunwal and @sualeha to take part in this contest.

This is again a great topic for debate. There are many suggestions that can be discussed here and many users have suggested new good ideas to launch at steemit but I want to suggest a most important project to steemit I think it should be launched. Many good things are happening at steemit in more or less good environment. But there is still missing many things. In which one of the most important is growth of every steemain.

Many users left steemit by disappointment when they didn't get support. There are numerous users at steemit and many users daily posted their content at steemit. it's not possible for sc01 and sc02 to look specially So I suggest a project "Steemians Growth Support Program" for all steemains.

Aim Of Project

Every user that works here has dreem to get vote from @sc01 and @sc02. Many users making good posts, following all etiquette of steemit content writing and joining the club too but they didn't get a single vote from curators in several months.

Steemians Growth Support Program

This project is slightly different from community support programs. In this program steemit team assign some topics per week to support their users in two categories

• Verified Newcomers to reputation 59
• Reputation 60 to onward

Both categories have different topics to make quality content and have equal chances of getting votes from sc01 and sc02.

These topics can be given by Comunities or steemitblog its on choice of steemit team like steemit Engagement Challenge is going on.

The topic for category 1 is only eligible for verified users to reputation 59 who has joined at least club5050 /any club. Steemit team give them equal numbers of votes as they give to category 2..for example if sc01 gives 20votes in category 2 then 20 vote also given to category 1 according to the quality of post.

After starting this project Newcomers may get support from curators for their growth and all users can get support too. This categorization is done to get chance of equal opportunity to get support from steemit curators.

Why do I think this project to be launched?? The main reason was my experience when I was newbie I didn't get votes from curators, that was very disappointing for me. Now I'm mod in two big Comunities and facing the same kind of question from users why they are not getting votes from sc01. I explained many times that quality content will be curated by curators but it's impossible for curators to upvote all posts.

So this project will be solution for all voting problems and new users or users having low reputation gets equal chance of getting votes from steemit team.

Hope you guys like my proposal and steemit team too. I really want that everyone at this platform should have equal chance of votes from steemit team.
